MindMoves helps people successfully bring their intention into effective action through the Feldenkrais Method® of learning and development.

MindMoves offers individual Functional Integration® (FI) sessions, weekly Awareness Through Movement® (ATM) classes, and monthly specialty workshops and series to help you learn to be more aware of your environment and actions, and experience how your mind, brain and body are integrated.
