Janice Vincent

Janice is a Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitionercm
with over 20 years experience with the Feldenkrais Method®, 14 years of ongoing professional development
and
graduate training courses, and 10 years of professional practice. In addition
to seeing clients directly, she mentors new practitioners.
Janice has been teaching private Functional Integration® sessions and
Awareness Through Movement® (ATM) classes and workshops
in full-time in Bellevue
since 1999. As a long-term former Director on both the
Feldenkrais Guild® of North America board and the Feldenkrais
Educational Foundation of North America, she is well connected
in the field throughout North America.
Prior to opening her Bellevue-based practice, Janice held senior
executive positions in private and public companies in
Canada and the U.S., and operated her own successful
communication business.

LeeAnn Starovasnik
 |
LeeAnn is a
Guild Certified Feldenkrais
Practitionercm with over 12 years
experience in the
Feldenkrais Method®
and over 8 years of professional practice. In addition to seeing
clients privately, teaching focused classes and workshops, she
mentors new teachers working in senior education centers and has
been on the faculty of the Lifetime Learning Center for 10 years.
Since 1999 she has
been expanding from coaching quality
process improvements in technology and financial services
businesses to facilitating others to embody continuous personal
improvements using the
Feldenkrais Method®.
She has designed series of lessons in Everyday Ease™ and Balance in
ActionTM for computer users, seniors, caregivers,
artists, dog walkers and curious souls from all walks of life. She
loves applying her well-honed observation, intuition and
problem-solving skills to creatively help clients discover or
recover how to move efficiently and comfortably through life with
the “no pain, more gain” philosophy.

| Shirley Beieler
 |
Shirley Beieler is a Guild Certified Feldenkrais
Practitioner who has been involved in Feldenkrais work since 2000.
She was able to avoid back surgery for a herniated disc through her work
in the Feldenkrais Method. Inspired to help others find similar
success and ease of movement, Shirley left her previous job to become a
Feldenkrais practitioner. Shirley’s background includes a B.A. in Clothing and
Textiles, teaching hand weaving techniques, numerous college level music
classes, and managing an orthodontic lab for many years. Shirley's
interests include her family, friends, singing in a vocal jazz ensemble,
and gardening. |

| Pam Gow
 |
Pam is a Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner.
She was introduced to Feldenkrais in 2000, when
dealing with debilitating chronic pain and a weakened immune system.
Since 2004, Pam has worked with people who have acute and chronic pain.
Through the Feldenkrais Method, she enjoys teaching others to
access their innate ability to change movement patterns to improve their
quality of life. She is also a former Registered Nurse, earning her RN
at University of British Columbia. |

| Ed Mills
 |
Ed
is a
Guild-authorized Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement
teacher. He also teaches partner dancing and skating, creatively
incorporating the Feldenkrais Method into his teaching. He is an
active technology volunteer, helping many non-profits set up and
maintain their computer networks. He is particularly fascinated with the
power of Feldenkrais Method to change behavior as well as
movement. |

Irene Pasternack

Before becoming a
Guild-authorized Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement
teacher. Irene spent many years as a technical writer. Her first
experience with Feldenkrais was while she was recovering from a
herniated disc. After learning to move differently and getting out of
pain, she discovered how quickly Feldenkrais could help her reach
dreams of completing her first Seattle-to-Portland bicycle ride and
becoming an accomplished inline skater. She teaches Nia, partner dancing, and skating,
and loves to garden. |
